They "held our hand" through the entire process and answered all of our questions with the utmost of professionalism. The staff at Roller-Alcoa was tremendous! Eric, Karen, Greg, Nancy, Richard and everyone else showed so much care and support as we dealt with the loss of our son. Eric picked up on details from our arrangement conference and carried them throughout the funeral arrangements making it even more special. Everyone was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and that we were pleased with how things were going. They have a beautiful facility and the whole process went smoothly.
