Walked in to the Bentonville location to hand my card out to them as I am a videographer starting my business and that time they were all very nice. A week later I found myself recommending my stepfather to give them a call since my grandfather passed and we needed help with everything . Im blessed to be one of their videographers they recommend now. They helped my family out tremendously with my grandfathers service. I would recommend them to anyone! Theyre kind, compassionate and very professional. Ive been able to help two of their clients since then and both people said they are wonderful to work with regarding the circumstances.
Really wonderful group of people who have been so helpful in a very rough time. Ricky was very kind and his manner was personable and uplifting which is just what we needed at the time. Cito was amazing - such a dedicated worker with a wonderful attitude and manner. His demeanor over the phone was pleasant and comforting, and he went above and beyond with helping us edit the obituary. So glad we chose Epting. This has been hard and strange and they've made it just a tiny bit easier - we are so grateful.
