Merrie was so kind, patient, and truly a beacon of light in our darkest hours. We felt welcomed, felt comfortable speaking openly, and she never stopped designing until we knew it was THE one we wanted. From the first time we walked in and even after the stone was placed, she has been attentive to detail, deadlines, follow ups, reminders, and everything in between. She is very accommodating with times for payments. No stress. No pressure. No anxiety. She truly made such an emotionally difficult time for us easier to navigate. Mrs. Merrie was so kind, comforting and compassionate. Very patient as me and my niece designed her mothers monument. She gave great insights, explained the regulations of the cemetery and executed are vision beautifully.
