Losing a loved one is terrible. Heald Funeral Home helped so much. They took us step by step through the process of what to do, kept in contact with the family and the church. During our worst time? They were amazing. Thank you, Rett, Casey, and everyone else. Stacy Coon Charbonneau
We found Heald to be professional. They did miisspell and mispronounce family names frequently as we made arrangements (which can translate as uncaring when you're grieving), but in the end they got it right. They were available to give advice and support our family at various times of the day. I don't know how their prices compare with others, but they were upfront about costs & our options and provided thorough details. No one wants to think about funeral services, especially during a pandemic, but it is relieving to know there are caring individuals there to help.
I am not one that reviews businesses often, but I needed to share the AMAZING experience we had with Rhett and his staff. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things you ever have to do, and having people that you don't know help you handle the care of your loved one can be difficult. Rhett and his staff were patient, attentive, and efficient in helping us navigate some of the non-traditional options of water cremation, green burial and private land burial. They truly made this horrible experience easy, communicating by phone and email. I felt safe and knew I could trust them with my sister in law's care. They always began with "yes" and "lets figure this out". Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!
