My mom passed away unexpectedly in August. Completely in shock we called Woodward and was greeted by Kendall. Before assisting us she offered her condolences and guided us through the process of receiving my mom's remains from the hospital. She made an appointment for us to come in the next morning to start the process. After signing the paperwork we were given an appointment to start the funeral process and what we needed to bring. We met the following morning with Simona. She assured me that they had no problems with picking my mom up from the hospital and we began planning. From beginning to end we treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy that was above and beyond. I had anticipated that because Woodward (or 1 Troy to us) is very popular the process would be cold and somewhat desensitized. NOT AT ALL!
