We are from the island of Cyprus. We are Greek Cypriots. Our 15 year old niece was battling a 2 year fight with Brain cancer. We brought her to NYC for treatment. Since it had progressed too far she sadly passed away. We were devastatedcoupled by grief and confusion about how to get her body back to Cyprus in a timely fashion. Gus and John at Ferenga Funeral Home lead us along the way They told us exactly what needed to be done. They helped us with the choosing of the casket. Told us what they needed to fix Sofias body up. They arranged local and federal documents as well as international documentation regarding crating and transporting. They also arranged airline transportation back to Cyprus They were hasty and very professional. We spoke daily about the progress. They gave us a very good price.
