My family used Cotton funeral home over two decades ago and when we recently faced another loss, we knew where to turn. From the very beginning, Noah, who came for our loved one, showed great professionalism and compassion, explaining step by step what would take place and making sure we were prepared. Directors Alex and Jason were thorough in walking us through the planning process and even followed up with calls that made us feel supported and cared for. Anthony, the makeup artist, did a remarkable job. Our Mother looked so natural and at peace, a memory we will always cherish. Mr. Macons presence during the service and his stories of the past and the future were a beacon of light.
