As the widower of the deceased, I found the attention, sensitivity, and sense of empathy demonstrated by Mark Press, as well as the rest of the staff, to be excellent during this very difficult moment, as was the venue at Ballard-Durand and the procession to the crematorium.

Our experience with Ballard-Durand was positive as they were very responsive, respectful and helpful during this difficult time. Thank you so much for your support. Important to note that our experience at the Ferncliff Cemetery, with whom Ballard-Durand works for cremations, was very negative. Perhaps something Ballard-Durand could look into.
