From the moment we walked in we felt as comfortable as one could feel dealing with the loss of a loved one. They explained everything and walked us through the process completely and patiently. Besides one issue with the lack of communication with the medical examiners office over a weekend, everything has gone as smoothly as can be expected. What I had expected to be a traumatic experience turned out to be a very pleasant experience and I saved quite a bit of money compared to most of the other places I researched.
