I can't say enough about how wonderful all the folks at Magnolia are! They are professional, and thorough, yet compassionate. One young lady in particular, Carolina, was really amazing! She worked with me extensively. Carolina was very kind and understanding. I had a few hiccups with links for digital signatures for family members, but those issues were resolved quickly. No matter what person I interacted with, at Magnolia, all were well trained and patient. I have already recommended this company highly to friends and family. I appreciate the experience my family and I had in dealing with Magnolia regarding my brother's death and cremation.
