No words can describe how helpful Anthony and his team were. From the moment he returned my first call to the time we got the death certificates, he was beyond communicative and supportive. I called Anthony in the evening - he offered his services, condolences, and guidance through the process. I later found out he was attending a wake himself that evening, yet he took the time to come to the location where we needed him. The entire process was quick and seamless, and he kept us informed every step of the way. I had called countless of other funeral homes in the vicinity, and they were all either overpriced for a direct cremation or extremely dismissive. When I called Macagna, I expected the same& an unreasonable quote and unwarranted attitude over a simple procedure. The services provided here are very friendly and compassionate. I was treated wonderfully and had a very easy time coordinating my uncle's wake with the very friendly staff. Although working with a funeral home can be one of the worst experiences, A.K Macagna was a great experience for me and I will definitely be recommending this funeral home.
