They were very busy, And I had all the patience in the world, come to find out they had the same for me, it was perfect for my situation And they shipped my fathers ashes to me from San Diego to Vegas. I found them 5 days before the deadline at the medical examiners office and was scared that I wouldnt make the 30 day deadline to retrieve my fathers ashes, infact I didnt speak to them until right before the weekend, but they handled it And were so patient with me when it came to information they needed, payment (they gave me time to make the payment) and they kept their word, I told them dont rush my main concern is that we actually claim And pick up his body. Trinity was the best choice to pick to take care of my wife. My daughter did all the communications with Patrick and I cannot say enough great things about him. He keot us updated on rhings going on every day and treated us like special people. We ran into a few snags during our grieving time but not due to Patrick or trinity, it was the doctor. I am and was so fracious to Patrick and trinity for the care of my wife and the family. Rhank you for everything Patrick.

Sarah Bailey was amazing. Never did meet her personally, she was great. We chatted as if we had met and we were good friends. She was professional and I trusted her with what I wanted and needed, having done it through e-mail and over the phone. Trinity saved us over $3000 compared to Westlawn Memorial. When my nephew died unexpectantly, a friend of my sisters recommended Balboa Cremations. I can't express fully how fantastic they all were during this difficult time. They were easy to reach, communicative, and very empathetic. Jennifer took my numerous calls and was very understanding when complications with family took place. I would *highly* recommend.

My brother lived, and died, in La Jolla and I found myself trying to find out what to do from the UK. I was recommended Balboa Cremations by the hospitals department of decedent affairs and I am so glad I acted on that. Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful in helping me through the whole process and made it a lot easier than I feared. Because my brother had family and friends in 2 countries we decided to have his ashes put into 2 containers so that I could bring one back to England. It was really straightforward and Jennifer was happy to facilitate this. I can unreservedly recommend Balboa Cremations for their compassion and efficiency at such a difficult time.

Overall the people at Village Cremation were very easy to work with and accommodated my not knowing if I'd be coming back to San Diego to pick up ashes and death certificates or not. They sent me a scan of the death certificate as soon as they had it so that I didn't have to wait for the mailed copies. (This ensured that several annuities didn't deposit a payment after my mom's death that I'd have to reimburse.) My mom had a prepaid cremation, which was honored to the letter with no unexpected costs. There were a few minor hiccups. The official death certificate was delayed a few days as they had the wrong number for the doctor's fax. My mom had written down her Social Security Number incorrectly, and although I'd corrected that on their intake forms, the incorrect number still made it onto the working copy of the death certificate. They did correct that almost instantly when I noticed, and managed to submit the corrected information to the County Clerk the same day. I wish tha

They provide a great option for no frills cremation, which is just what we wanted. We had everything pre arranged and they picked up the body within an hour of our call. The pickup team was respectful and kind. Only suggestion would be to offer biodegradable urn options but it's fine, we bought our own.

Im truly grateful for the compassion California Cremation & Burial provided during such a difficult time. I will always recommend Affordable Funeral Solutions to anyone who's suffered a loss of a loved one. When my late partner died suddenly, I was without income and needed something affordable to handle retrieving him from the medical examiner's office and having him cremated. I feel so fortunate that I found Affordable Funeral Solutions. I selected a direct cremation and was able to pick up his ashes, belongings (they'd been held at the medical examiner's office), and death certificates all at the same time. They posted an obituary I'd written, which meant a lot to me. I don't want my partner to be forgotten. The staff was incredibly kind and even got a final photograph of my late partner's tattoo of my name before he was cremated, by my request, since I wouldn't be seeing him before the cremation and wanted one last look at it. I cant recommend Funerals Your Way enough. Jay and Eli truly made a difficult time easier by treating my family and me like family, not just clients. They personally followed through on every concern we had, and there was never any miscommunication. Unlike other mortuaries Ive used, every phone call meant speaking to someone new and having to re-explain everything. I always knew it would be Jay or Eli answering the phone, and both were always fully informed and ready to help. Even while working with multiple families, they made me feel like their only client.
