When I called, the customer service was great! All details explained quickly, clearly, & thoroughly& the FIRST time for the services my family requested. And the services were completed in under two weeks. Thats means a whole lot to my family and I, considering our financial situations. It was not very expensive either. IF needed, we will be using caring cremations again. During our time using their services, communication was also very easy. They also reach out quickly to let you know of any updates for any reason. Its been more than a decade since the last time Ive dealt with death this closely, they made it much more doable this time around.
