Susan Alvarez and her team treated my family with the utmost respect. They had every detail taken care of, from creating the prayer cards to collaborating with the Funeral in Florida. My moms casket flew from Orlando to Chicago without a glitch. We sent them family photos, and they created the sweetest video and aired it on a large monitor in the viewing room. They stored it on a USB that came in the most beautiful case( see photo). They made arrangements with the deacon to perform the service. Everything you need, they can take care of it. Alvarez handled my dads arrangements in 2022 and now my moms. Great job on both.

Susan Alvarez is literally doing gods work at this location. She ran my grandfathers whole service. While we are all distraught from our loss she was this ray of sunshine that kept things moving.
